Company to Pay Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.09 Per Share, A Six Percent Increase Over Prior Quarterly Cash Dividend

EVANSVILLE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 15, 2020-- Shoe Carnival, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCVL) (the “Company”) a leading retailer of moderately priced footwear and accessories, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a six percent increase in its quarterly cash dividend.

The quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share will be paid on July 20, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 6, 2020.
